Stuffed Chicken Breast


  • 1 chicken breast
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 slice of reduced fat mozzarella or feta
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper


  1. Make an incision along the centre of your chicken breast and place the spinach and slice of mozzarella or feta in the centre.


    Drizzle the olive oil on the chicken breast and sprinkle with salt & pepper.


    Place in the Si-bag, carefully remove the tape and fold the bag over to seal.


    Based on 900W microwave cook for 5 minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180° for 20 minutes.


    Ovens do vary please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving.


    Be aware of hot contents when opening the bag.
