Mustard-Stuffed Chicken


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 60g of mozzarella
  • 25g of strong cheddar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard


  1. Tear the mozzarella into small strips, and grate the cheddar.

    Mix the two cheeses with the mustard in a small bowl.

    Make an incision along the side of the chicken breasts and fill each one with the cheese/mustard.

    Wrap each chicken breast with two rashers of streaky bacon, tight enough to hold the chicken together but not too tight. Place the wrapped chicken breasts inside the Si-bag.

    Based on a 900W microwave cook for 5 minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Ovens do vary, so please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving. Be aware of hot contents when opening the bag.
