Maple and Pepper Glazed Chicken


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 100ml of chicken stock


  1. Finely chop the garlic clove. Mix together the garlic, sherry vinegar, maple syrup and chicken stock in a bowl.

    Spread the glaze all over the chicken breasts and place inside the Si-bag. Sprinkle with peppercorns.

    Carefully remove the tape and fold over the bag to seal.

    Based on a 900W microwave cook for 5 minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Ovens do vary, please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving. Be aware of hot contents when opening the bag.
