Asian Chicken


  • Two chicken breasts
  • One clove of garlic
  • One red chili
  • One spring onion
  • One tablespoon of root ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil


  1. 1. Finely chop one clove of garlic and finely slice one red chili
    2. Chop one spring onion
    3. Place the chicken breasts in the Si-bag, along with the garlic, chili, spring onion, one tablespoon of root ginger, a splash of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil.
    4. Fold over the flap and seal the Si-bag.
    5. Based on a 900W microwave cook for 5 minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Serve with rice.

    Ovens do vary, please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving. Be aware of hot contents when opening the bag.
